Join me on a 4 week journey designed to increase mobility, strength and mindfulness. I want you to know that it’s more important to do something than nothing. That you don’t have to suddenly become a marathon runner or get ripped. You just have to show up. This program is designed to give you some structure and accountability while being flexible.
You’ll receive weekly plans, each day outlined. Options for live or recorded fitness and yoga classes, guided meditations, breath work, stretching, etc. Daily programming ranging from 30-75 minutes, journaling prompts and gratitude lists will keep you on track.
