Transitional Cleanse
The transition between seasons is an opportunity to honor where you have been and where you are going. In this Transitional Cleanse we will shed the heat of summer and prepare the body for the cooler, shorter days, slowing down and grounding ourselves. It’s thought that doing a cleanse at this juncture can help to prevent seasonal colds and other illness, and let’s be honest, we should all be at our healthiest at this time.
Not only are we transitioning with the seasons, but we are in a deep state of emotional transition in our world right now. Cleansing (or scrubbing as I like to call it) is a way to also balance our mental and emotional state, and boy are our emotions heightened right now! In short, these 5 days are a means to prepare your physical body as well as your emotional and mental state.

4 Week Wellness Reboot
Join me on a 4 week journey designed to increase mobility, strength and mindfulness. I want you to know that it’s more important to do something than nothing. That you don’t have to suddenly become a marathon runner or get ripped. You just have to show up. This program is designed to give you some structure and accountability while being flexible.
You’ll receive weekly plans, each day outlined. Options for live or recorded fitness and yoga classes, guided meditations, breath work, stretching, etc. Daily programming ranging from 30-75 minutes, journaling prompts and gratitude lists will keep you on track.
Optional one-on-one sessions available for additional fees.
