In celebration of the start of summer, this 5-day Cleanse consists primarily of fresh foods, because isn’t that what summer is all about? You may or may not shed pounds, try not to make that your focus. The idea is to eat foods that will de-bloat your belly and leave you feeling lighter and refreshed.
